Human Resource Management
Introduction The objectives of HRM module in EMS are to:
Maintain up to date information about employees in a centralized database

Materials Management
On arrival of the material at the concerned location, the receiving staff feeds in the PO number, Challan details and LR details into the system.
The system verifies whether there is a valid PO for the consignment and, if so, allows the receiving staff to enter the quantitative details.

Sales Management Software
The Sales module of EMS encompasses all core processes relating to the company’s sales function, viz.:
Processing of customer’s enquiry and creation of draft quotation by the Sales Executives through the system

Financial Management
The Financial Management Module incorporates Financial Accounting, Accounts Receivables, Account Payable, Bank Reconciliation, Budgetary Control and Management Reporting. In addition to the general Accounting reports, it provides other tools for analyzing financial information using dimension information.
